Lucky 1 Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucky 1 ("Lucky 1", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Lucky 1 website at lucky1.vu, downloading the Lucky 1 app, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on Lucky 1, including but not limited to sports betting, live sports betting, slots, live casino, bingo, and any promotional offers or bonuses. Where separate product-specific rules exist, those rules apply alongside these Terms. In the event of a conflict, product-specific rules take precedence for that product only.

Lucky 1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and use Lucky 1 you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Lucky 1 is strictly an adult platform. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Players found to have registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — will have all accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Lucky 1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 1 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Lucky 1 staff will never ask you for your full password under any circumstances.

Any activity that takes place on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is considered to be your activity and falls under your responsibility, whether or not you personally carried out that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Lucky 1 support immediately.

Lucky 1 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their account credentials.

All deposits and account balances on Lucky 1 are held and processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits made through supported Pakistani payment methods. Lucky 1 currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit, typically credited instantly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit, typically credited instantly
• Raast — interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard Pakistani bank transfer in PKR
• Mobile Wallets & Cards — where available and supported

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account. Lucky 1 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Lucky 1's control.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Lucky 1 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to restrict the associated Lucky 1 account pending investigation.

Lucky 1 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on deposits above certain thresholds. This may require you to provide source-of-funds documentation before the deposit is credited or before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Lucky 1 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but actual transfer times depend on the payment method and your provider's own processing schedule.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Lucky 1 will carry out a standard identity verification check. You will be asked to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport)
• Confirmation that the payment account belongs to you
• Any additional documentation requested by the compliance team

Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account under any circumstances. If your payment account details have changed, you must update your account information and complete re-verification before a withdrawal can be processed to the new account.

Lucky 1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. If a withdrawal is delayed for any reason, Lucky 1 support will communicate the reason and estimated timeline.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

Lucky 1 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and enhanced odds on selected events. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

General bonus conditions that apply across all Lucky 1 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses apply to PKR account balances only. Where a bonus is credited in PKR, wagering requirements are calculated and must be met in PKR.
• Real money funds are used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Lucky 1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Lucky 1 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close accounts that show patterns consistent with bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including via a new registration — constitute bonus abuse.

Enhanced odds and free bet promotions tied to cricket, PSL, or other sports events are subject to additional event-specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets on Lucky 1, including cricket, PSL, football, esports, and all other markets offered on the platform. Sport-specific rules and settlement procedures are available in the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the platform and a bet receipt has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical issue, connectivity problem, or odds change are not valid and no settlement will take place.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time until the bet is placed and confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's live data feed. Lucky 1 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Void bets: Lucky 1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there has been a clear pricing error, a data feed error, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
• Match fixing and integrity: Bets placed on events where there is credible evidence of match fixing or manipulation may be voided or withheld pending investigation. Lucky 1 takes the integrity of sport seriously and cooperates with relevant authorities where applicable.
• Payout limits: Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed within the platform. Winnings above the stated limit will be paid up to the maximum only.

Lucky 1's casino section includes slots, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), and bingo. The following rules apply across all casino products:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, are hosted by professional live dealer studios. Game outcomes are independently determined and Lucky 1 does not manipulate results.
• Return to player (RTP) percentages for slots are published within each game's information screen. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.
• Bets placed in casino games are final once the game round has been initiated and confirmed. Disconnection during a game round does not automatically void the round — the outcome will stand if the game server recorded the bet.
• Progressive jackpot prizes, where available, are subject to their own specific terms displayed within the relevant game or promotion.
• Bingo games are operated according to a published schedule. Participation requires purchasing tickets before the game starts. Refunds on purchased bingo tickets are not available once a game has commenced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky 1. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where appropriate, permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using different personal details.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment details to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using Lucky 1 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origins of money. Lucky 1 is required to report suspicious financial activity.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any part of the platform in a way that circumvents normal human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or promotional offer.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or data feed errors to place bets that would not otherwise be available at the shown odds or stakes.
• Match fixing involvement: Placing bets on events you have sought to influence, or where you have advance knowledge of a fixed outcome.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 18 to access or use your Lucky 1 account.

Lucky 1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Lucky 1 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements.

Platform-initiated closure: Where Lucky 1 closes an account due to a breach of Terms, funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds associated with the breach — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be forfeited in full.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Lucky 1 will attempt to contact you before taking any action on an inactive account. Remaining balances in inactive accounts will be held and remain accessible upon account reactivation subject to standard verification.

Lucky 1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to place bets, access casino games, or receive promotional communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Errors or interruptions in platform availability or service
• Delayed or failed transactions due to payment provider issues
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform that contained errors or was out of date
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or casino game

Lucky 1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Lucky 1 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, Lucky 1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Lucky 1 after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
