Logging In to Lucky 1 — What You Need to Know
Logging in to your Lucky 1 account is straightforward whether you are on a desktop browser or the mobile app. You need either the email address you registered with or your Pakistani mobile number, plus your password. Enter both correctly in the fields above and click the login button — you will be taken directly to your account dashboard.
If you are using a personal device that no one else has access to, ticking the "Keep me logged in" option means you will not need to enter your credentials every single visit. On a shared or public device, leave that box unticked and make sure to log out fully when you are done — your account security is your responsibility on shared hardware.
If you have forgotten your password, do not try to create a new account. Use the account recovery option — enter the email address or mobile number you registered with, and Lucky 1 will send you a reset link or OTP. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive in the main inbox within a couple of minutes. Once you have reset your password, log in normally and consider updating it to something more memorable but secure.
A strong password makes a real difference for account security. Use a combination of upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and a symbol.
